Blocks are drawn at even intervals over 24 hours. One busy minute cannot stand in for a day.

Callers before TVL
A contract is ranked by how many distinct addresses call it. Parked capital does not count as use.

Every zero has a control
A zero is printed beside something read over the same blocks that was not zero, so a broken sampler cannot pass for an empty contract.

Weak figures are withheld
When the data is too thin or one event dominates it, no daily figure is published. Silence over a number that can be refuted.
